Ages 13 & Up

This program is for players looking to learn the sport at a higher level, prepare for school tryouts, additional practices from club/travel teams etc. The program focuses on the players individual skill development. Players will be taught the fundamentals at a high level: passing, setting, hitting, and serving using activities aimed at developing the whole player which will also lead to increased confidence and comfort playing the sport.

• Do we need to bring a ball?
  • No, Accelerate will provide them.
• What type of shoes should my child wear?
  • Any type of sneaker will work.

• Do we wear knee pads?
  • Knee pads are encouraged but not required.​
• Can parents use the track while our child is participating?
  • Yes! You’re welcome to use the track while your child is in a program. Please complete a waiver at the front desk or online using this link: ​Accelerate Sports Waiver. Locker rooms are available for your convenience.​

Drop In:

• $25.00 per individual player
