Looking for a Boxing program to learn the basic fundamentals? Our Teen/Adult Beginner Boxing program is the perfect place to start!
The program provides Beginner Boxers an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge of the fundamentals of boxing. Beginner Boxers will be trained in the basic fundamentals of the sport: 1-6 punch counts, Defensive movements, Footwork, Conditioning. Boxing is a great way to build social interaction and healthy way to lose weight. Participants will be introduced to the basics of boxing with our enthusiastic coaches in a positive, fun, learning environment
