Anton’s love of the game began in high school. He went on to play as a goalkeeper for Herkimer College in 2017 and 2018, then advanced to play at the Division 1 level for Niagara University from 2019-2021. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sports Management. Anton also serves as the assistant coach for Le Moyne Men’s soccer, another Division 1 program. Outside of work, Anton roots for the Buffalo Bills and Manchester United.

Doug Owen
Director of Academy & Travel Baseball

Doug is a longtime New Hartford resident, sports enthusiast, college baseball umpire, father, and retired union representative. At the forefront of local sports for many years, he began a commitment to developing the Accelerate Diamond Academy after his retirement in 2021. Doug also coaches for New Hartford Legion and frequently serves as an umpire and high school football referee. Outside of work, Doug roots for the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Yankees.

Angelina Hays
Director of Youth Programs, Adult Basketball & Volleyball

Angelina graduated from Oriskany Jr.-Sr. High School in 2020 as the salutatorian of her class and a standout force on the softball mound. She went on to pitch for MVCC, where she finished with 91.1 innings pitched and 80 strikeouts, averaging 6.13 strikeouts per game. Angelina continues to coach softball at Oriskany Jr.-Sr. High School, and also runs private lessons with a specialty in pitching. Outside of work, Angelina roots for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Kyle Paracka

Kyle graduated from Dolgeville in 2021, where he played football and basketball. He went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from SUNY Cortland, where he made the Dean's List six times. During his final semester, he interned at the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, the largest junior golf tour in the nation. Kyle is an avid Giants, Knicks, and Yankees fan.

Amy has been working for Accelerate for over 6 years. She grew up in Rome, NY and graduated from RFA. After high school, she attended MVCC and became a healthcare professional. At Accelerate, Amy heads up our youth camps, birthday parties, and works to coordinate our busy schedule on a daily basis.
