Fees:
- 7v7 Team Fee: $325.00
- 4v4 Team Fee: $125.00 (only 2016/2017 division)
- 7v7 Free Agent Fee: $55.00 (includes Costume & Coach)
- 4v4 Free Agent Fee: $30.00 (includes Costume & Coach)
