Monthly program with classes Monday through Friday. Athletes have the option to come all 5 days if they would like, which in total could result in 20 or more training sessions per month. Each class throughout the entire program will have a different workout.
Each session is structured to ensure each athlete receives the appropriate attention needed to maximize their results.
