Soccer Training & Games
Each session includes two training days and one game day; choose one, two, or all three! Training focuses on individual skill development, creativity, decision-making, and confidence through small-sided games (1v1–4v4). Players work on dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and overall field awareness in a fun, challenging environment.

Game days are instructional and age appropriate. Game formats vary based on skill level and registration numbers. Games are one hour long, with weekly times sent by email and a full schedule provided once teams are finalized!

FAQS:

• Do we need to bring a ball?
  • Please have your child bring their own ball to use (size 4 or 5 ball is appropriate for this age).
  • If you don't have one, we have some to borrow.

•  Do we need to wear Shin Guards?
  • Shin Guards encouraged but not required.

• What type of shoes should my child wear?
  • Any type of sneaker will work.

• Do we wear shorts or sweatpants?
  • You can wear whatever you're comfortable in.

• Can parents use the track when our child is participating?​
  • Yes! You’re welcome to use the track while your child is in a program. Please complete a waiver at the front desk or online using this link: ​Accelerate Sports Waiver. Locker rooms are available for your convenience.​
