For Ages 7-12 

Our Running Academy helps young athletes build endurance, speed, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive setting. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves, improve athletic ability, and develop strength and confidence.​

​SATURDAYS 11am-12pm
Session Fees (8 Weeks): $125
10-15 minutes: introduction, recap of previous week & proper warm up/stretching
30-35: minutes of running specific exercises
15-20: minutes of running based games

FAQS:
What type of shoes should my child wear?

• Any type of sneaker will work.

Do we wear shorts or sweatpants?

• You can wear whatever you're comfortable in.

Can parents use the track when our child is participating?​

• Yes! You’re welcome to use the track while your child is in a program. Please complete a waiver at the front desk or online using this link: ​Accelerate Sports Waiver. Locker rooms are available for your convenience.​
