​The Girls Lacrosse camps are designed to provide players the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge of the game. 
Campers will be trained the fundamentals of Lacrosse: Stick Skills, Ground Balls, Catching, Passing, Shooting, Footwork, dodging and much more....
Small sided games will be played to apply these skills in a game setting
These fundamentals will be taught based on each players age, ability and experience
We offer two types of camps during these weeks. One is a traditional type camp for younger players learning Lacrosse and the other is a School Prep to prepare campers for their School season with a specific skill foundation as well as a fitness foundation
If you are a goalie looking for training, goalie specific training will be offered both weeks

Will be held outside on our multi-purpose turf field
will be inside on the turf if we run into inclement weather

Ability:
All camps are for inexperience or experienced campers as we offer a wide variety of coaching instruction for all levels of play. Groups will be formed to divide ages and different experience levels. 

Ages:
5-15
