Ages 9-14
Join us for an exciting Girls Flag Football Skills Clinic designed for athletes ages 9-14 of all experience levels! Whether you're brand new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills, this clinic provides a fun, positive, and supportive environment to learn and grow.

Participants will develop fundamental flag football skills including passing, catching, route running, defensive techniques, agility, teamwork, and game strategy through engaging drills and activities led by experienced coaches. Players will have the opportunity to build confidence, improve athletic abilities, and gain a greater understanding of the game while making new friends and having fun.

Does my child need a mouthguard?

• Yes​ (We have some at the front desk for sale if you need one).

Does my child need their own flags?

• Yes (If you don't have them, we have a limited supply to borrow).

What type of shoes should my child wear?

• Any type of sneaker will work.

Can parents use the track when our children are participating?

• Yes! You’re welcome to use the track while your child is actively participating in a program. Please complete a waiver at the front desk or online using this link: ​Accelerate Sports Waiver. Locker rooms are available for your convenience.​
