Grades 5th-12th

This program is for players looking to learn the sport at a higher level, prepare for their school tryouts, additional practices from travel teams etc.
The program focuses on the players individual skill development. Players will be taught the fundamentals at a high level: catching, passing, shooting, footwork, ground balls and stick work which will lead to an increased confidence and comfort playing the sport. 

TUESDAYS 6pm-7pm
Session Fees (8 weeks): $125.00
10 minutes - introduction and recap of previous week
30-35 minutes of training
15-20 minutes of games

FAQs:
Does my child need a mouthguard?

• Yes​ (We have some at the front desk for sale if you need one)

Does my child need a stick?

• Yes

Does my child need a helmet, shoulder pads, gloves and chest protector?

• Yes (We have some equipment to borrow but not all, so if you need to borrow any the first night, we can make it work)

What type of shoes should my child wear?

• Any type of sneaker will work.

Can parents use the track when our children are participating?

• Yes! You’re welcome to use the track while your child is actively participating in a program. Please complete a waiver at the front desk or online using this link: ​Accelerate Sports Waiver. Locker rooms are available for your convenience.​
