For Beginner Players Grades K-4th

Kickstart your son's lacrosse journey with our high-energy, beginner-friendly clinic! Designed to teach the basics in a fun and supportive setting, this equipment-free program helps players build confidence and core skills through hands-on coaching and targeted stick and ball drills.​​​

10 minutes - introduction and recap of previous week
30-35 minutes of training
15-20 minutes of games

FAQs:
Does my child need a mouthguard?

• Yes​ (We have some at the front desk for sale if you need one)

Does my child need a stick

• Yes (If you don't have one, we have some to loan out each session)

What type of shoes should my child wear?

• Any type of sneaker will work.

Do we wear shorts or sweatpants?

• You can wear whatever you're comfortable in.

Can parents use the track when our children are participating?

• Yes! You’re welcome to use the track while your child is actively participating in a program. Please complete a waiver at the front desk or online using this link: ​Accelerate Sports Waiver. Locker rooms are available for your convenience.​
