The Lacrosse Clinics are perfect for players to learn the basic fundamentals of the sport. Each player will be provided with a fun and safe learning environment through focused training sessions lead by experienced coaches. This is an equipment free program that will focus on each players individual skill development by working on specific stick and ball drills to build each player's 1v1 skills.

- Yes
- We have some at the front desk for sale if you need one
- Does my child need a stick
- Yes
- If you don't have one, we have some to loan out each session
- What type of shoes should my child wear?
- Any type of sneaker will work
- Do we wear shorts or sweatpants?
- You can wear either
- Can parents use the track when our child/children are participating?
- Yes, anytime you are here with your child you are welcome to use the track
- We have membership options but since you have someone participating in an Accelerate program, you can use the track when you are here
- We have locker rooms for your convenience as well
