For Beginner Players Ages 6-9 

​​Looking for a Pickleball program for your son or daughter to learn the basic fundamentals? Our Beginner Pickleball program is the perfect place to start!

Our sessions are for the beginner player Ages 6-9. The program provides young players an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge of the game. Players will be trained in the basic fundamentals of the sport: basic eye-hand coordination, footwork, paddle grip/skills, rules and scoring. Participants will be introduced to the basics of the game with our enthusiastic coaches in a positive, fun, learning environment

FAQS:

• What equipment does my child need to bring?
  • Each player should have their own paddle
    • ​If you do not have your own paddle we will have some here to borrow
    • We will supply the pickleballs

• What type of shoes should my child wear?
  • Any type of sneaker will work

• Do we wear shorts or sweatpants?
  • You can wear whatever you're comfortable in

• Can parents use the track when our child/children are participating?
  • Yes, anytime you are here with your child you are welcome to use the track
  • We have membership options but since you have someone participating in an Accelerate program, you can use the track when you are here
  • We have locker rooms for your convenience as well
  • If you plan to use the track, please stop at the front desk to complete our waiver or use this link to complete it when you have time: Accelerate Sports Waiver

8-week sessions

• 10 minutes - introduction, recap of previous week & proper warm up/stretching
• 30-35 minutes of practice
• 15-20 minutes of games

​We offer prorated fees if you are joining an 8-week session late:
7-Weeks: $120.00
6-Weeks: $115.00
5-Weeks: $110.00

Drop In:

• $25.00 per player
• Siblings $20 each​
• If you are in another Accelerate Sports program, the drop in fee is $20.00
